Tasting Notes

Bright and well balanced, fresh picked strawberries and cantaloupe aromas with a rhubarb and orange blossom finish. Round mouth feel with good weight and long finish for a blush wine. Great with summer salads, spicy foods or triple cream cow’s milk cheese and your favorite French baguette.

Vineyard Notes

This floral Rosé of Merlot originates its journey from a private estate in Temecula Valley that practices the art of developing a high concentration of flavors from the fruit by slowly stressing the vine. Temecula’s light, sandy loam soil, comprised mostly of decomposing granite, permits water to drain easily. This forces the roots to grow deeper to find water, resulting in stronger vines and smaller grapes-- ideal for highly concentrated flavors. Temecula Valley AVA encompasses 33,000 acres. Approximately 1,300 acres are currently planted.
