Description

Tasting Notes:
Bright and well balanced, fresh tropical and stone fruit, lychee and
honeysuckle aromas with a melon and orange blossom finish. Round
mouth feel with good weight for a light wine. Great with spicy foods
or triple cream cow’s milk cheese and your favorite baguette. This is
a stunning example of a Rhone influenced wine here in California.

Vineyards:
This floral blend of Viognier and Muscat comes from a private estate in Temecula Valley that practices the art of developing a high concentration of explosive flavors from the grapes by slowly
stressing the vine before harvest.
Temecula’s light, sandy loam soil, comprised mostly of decomposing granite, permits water to drain easily. This forces the roots to grow deeper to find water, resulting in stronger vines and smaller grapes-- ideal for highly concentrated flavors. Temecula Valley AVA encompasses 33,000 acres. Approximately 1,300 acres are
currently planted.

Tasting Notes

Deliciously refreshing! Crisp and subtle notes of Asian pear, citrus and juicy stone fruit. This sparkling wine delivers a cool effervescent sensation and creaminess on the palate. Food pairings would include an array of soft triple cream cheeses, Foie Gras or paté, as well as seafood and poultry. This is truly an incredible celebratory sparkling wine that makes you come back for more. But you might find the best way to enjoy this wine is in the late afternoon on the porch or with some great friends!

Vineyard Notes

This proprietary blend of fruit comes from a small estate vineyard located in the Lodi wine appellation. The soft golden color foreshadows the crisp and vibrant flavors the region produces. The Linden and Lodi lay at the Sierra foothills in which the soils have substantial amounts of fist-size rocks which are the result of gold mining from the previous century. These rocks are heat retentive and assist in the ripening process. They are reminiscent of the Chateauneauf du Pape in France’s Rhone Valley.
